My drinking was out of control and was tormented by my past. After some months of outpatient work in Kusnacht I am sober and living more comfortably than I ever remember.

I have not acted out on my eating disorder since my first EMDR session in Kusnacht. And that’s over two years ago.

An addictions counsellor in the UK said I would need seven months of treatment for my alcohol and cocaine addiction. I spent two very intensive weeks in treatment in Kusnacht plus their aftercare program. That and attending AA and NA is keeping me clean and sober.

Three previous treatments for alcohol addiction in the US didn't catch. My fourth treatment at the Kusnacht Practice seems to have worked and I’ve got 15 months in now. I think the big difference is the psychotherapeutic work they did with me. I still speak weekly by phone with them and am active in AA.

I like the attention they pay to nutrition and their work with amino acids. I have never felt so good.
